Mother's Legal Help provides legal assistance to mothers accessing Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services in Cardinia Shire. Mothers Legal Help is available on Tuesdays at MCH services in Cardinia Shire. Referrals are available from any MCH Centre in Cardinia Shire. In addition, Every Friday South-East Monash Legal Service provides a specialist family violence lawyer to assist mothers and gender-diverse parents who disclose legal issues to MCH nurses. Mothers who disclose legal issues to MCH Nurses can recieve fast-tracked, confidential and discrete legal advice from an experienced lawyer.
