Extended Families Australia run fun, capacity building events in the school holidays for disabled children, a carers Mini Retreat for their families & monthly disabled youth groups for participants who live in Cardinia. We are funded by the State Government HACC program, so we don’t eat into NDIS funds & we can support disabled people who do not have funding too.

Young Mothers Transition Program
The Young Mothers Transition Program (YMTP) provides support for young mothers up to 22 years old in the South East region to access education and employment. YMTP assists young mothers to complete education and training, develop foundational parenting skills and healthy relationships which will in turn promote better outcomes for themselves not only as young mothers but as women whilst also increasing stability and opportunity for their child/ren.
