Extended Families Australia
Extended Families Australia run fun, capacity building events in the school holidays for disabled children, a carers Mini Retreat for their families & monthly disabled youth groups for participants who live in Cardinia. We are funded by the State Government HACC program, so we don’t eat into NDIS funds & we can support disabled people who do not have funding too.Extended Family Network
