Extended Families Australia
Extended Families Australia run fun, capacity building events in the school holidays for disabled children, a carers Mini Retreat for their families & monthly disabled youth groups for participants who live in Cardinia. We are funded by the State Government HACC program, so we don’t eat into NDIS funds & we can support disabled people who do not have funding too.

We provide a suite of services for people living with disabilities, including Tham Gia South, which means JOIN IN in Vietnamese, we hold capacity building fun socially inclusive events in the school holidays and monthly for youth and children. Offering assistance through friendship support and physical assistance that is gardening, maintenance etc.

FRSC is a Victorian State-Wide Service that offers specialised support to families caring for someone with a disability. Support is offered to those directly involved in the care of the person with a disability regardless of age.

Kooweerup Regional Health Service
Provides a range of care, health, medical, community and home care services. Services include residential aged care including dementia care, Hospital ; medical inpatient care, respite care, Transitional Care , Early Parenting unit – including Specialist Breast feeding (Lactation) consultation. Outpatients – Allied Health including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Social Work, Diabetes Education, Youth, District Nursing , Home care packages and in-home support. Health Promotion including art group, Mens shed, community exercise and Forget me not café ( support for carers and people living with dementia).
