Extended Families Australia
Extended Families Australia run fun, capacity building events in the school holidays for disabled children, a carers Mini Retreat for their families & monthly disabled youth groups for participants who live in Cardinia. We are funded by the State Government HACC program, so we don’t eat into NDIS funds & we can support disabled people who do not have funding too.

Provides a range of care, health, medical, community and home care services. The Connect Centre has been co-designed with and is staffed by people who have lived or living experience as a family member or carer of someone with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Our centres offer a safe, welcoming space to connect with our team, seek assistance, or simply enjoy some quiet time. We have multiple sites across the region, with a main centre in Dandenong.
