Forget Me Not dementia-friendly café - Pakenham

The “Forget me not” café is a free dementia-friendly social group held monthly in 2 locations, Pakenham and Koo Wee Rup. It gives carers and their loved ones living with dementia the opportunity to take part in a regular social activity - within a supportive and understanding environment.
