Services include residential aged care including dementia care, Hospital ; medical inpatient care, respite care, Transitional Care , Early Parenting unit – including Specialist Breast feeding (Lactation) consultation. Outpatients – Allied Health including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Social Work, Diabetes Education, Youth, District Nursing , Home care packages and in-home support. ParentsNext is for parents under 55 years who have a child aged 9 months to 6 years, have not had paid work in the last 6 months, and receive income support. ParentsNext helps parents to prepare to return to work or training once their youngest child goes to school. We help parents to set their education- and employment-related goals, and develop a pathway to achieving their goals while also helping them link with services and activities in their local community.

Young Mothers Transition Program
The Young Mothers Transition Program (YMTP) provides support for young mothers up to 22 years old in the South East region to access education and employment. YMTP assists young mothers to complete education and training, develop foundational parenting skills and healthy relationships which will in turn promote better outcomes for themselves not only as young mothers but as women whilst also increasing stability and opportunity for their child/ren.
