If you would like to join one of the Social Connections programs, contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or through myagedcare.gov.au. Social connections program includes: group activities, Individual support at home, Telelink program Tech Buddies Pilot Program - help with using technology - only available for Commonwealth Home Support Programme customers only, not receiving a Home Care Package.
